ORDER & PAYMENT

How long does shipping take?

Our delivery time within Germany is usually 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number after placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order online.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

When will I receive my refund?

Once our quality department has confirmed that the returned items meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 10–15 days.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Orders paid with vouchers or credit will be refunded as store credit.

What should I do if a product was delivered incorrectly or damaged?

If you have received a wrong or defective item, we will, of course, help you quickly.

Please send an email to info@probfy.de and include photos as well as a brief description of the problem.

Please also provide your order number so that we can assign your order.

We will get back to you as soon as possible and find a suitable solution.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address after the order has been placed.

Please check your details carefully before completing your purchase.

How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?

You can enter and confirm your voucher or discount code in the "Voucher Code" field in the shopping cart or at the checkout. The discount will be applied automatically.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Klarna (Pay now / Pay later)
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

SHIPPING

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only deliver within Germany.

My order was not delivered in full?

Please send an e-mail to info@probfy.de and attach photos of the shipping box. We will take care of your request immediately.

My tracking says the shipment was electronically announced?

This means that your order has already been packed and is awaiting collection by the shipping service provider – or that the service provider has not yet scanned the parcel. Usually, the status will be updated within 1–2 days. If this is not the case, please contact info@probfy.de.

The tracking status of my order is not updating?

Status updates can take up to 1-2 days. If the status remains unchanged for more than 3 days, the package may be delayed or lost.
In such cases, we initiate an investigation. In most cases, the package reappears soon.
